Ontap at the Sly Fox brewpub in Phoenixville.
Pours a rich copper color with white head and plenty of lace. Aroma is a bit mineral/metallic and malty with a small hint of spices.
In the taste, caramel, sugar, bitter earthy hops and a cinnamon/allspice like note. Finishes dry and malty with a hint of spice.
Medium bodied feel with a dry hop/spice bite.
Overall, an enjoyable brew. For a spiced lager, it's very clean.
