I just noticed I never put in my reveiw for this beer, so now I'll do it since Hop Project #002 just came out.
L: A medium to lighter gold color that is crystal clear. Nice two finger white fluffy head with nice lasting lacing.
S: Loads of tropical fruit, some citrus and grass mix with subtle sweetness. This beer smells really great as the mosaic hops dominate!
T: The mosaic really jumps on the flavor too. Huge mango, pineapple, guava and fruit salad mix with some fresh cut grass and a bit of grapefruit. The hops just smell really fresh. Malt is biscuit/bready but really is overshadowed by the massive fresh hops. Finish gives off some pine mixed in with some nice bitterness and a bone dry finish that lasts. Very nice.
F: Medium mouthfeel that is a bit bitter and prickly. No alcohol and a nice and dry.
O: An excellent beer, I just loved it. I wish Sly Fox would replace either their Route 113 or 360 IPA (both just average IMO) with this one, it's so, so much better. Great beer and now I know Sly Fox can produce a top notch IPA. Well done.

fairly clear pale golden in color, foamy white head. good head retention, a bit of lacing. big hop aroma - citrus fruit, melon, pine resin - good mix. not much malt flavor, the hop flavors dominate. fairly bitter, good balance. thin to medium bodied.
