On tap at the 2007 Sly Fox IPA Project Day...
Appears a transparent orange toned amber with a small white head that slowly fades out into a mild cap. Spotty speckles of lacing are left around the glass.
Smell is of floral and citrus notes with hints of light mint, juicy fruit bubble gum, and melon. There is also a very small trace of rubber in the background that I detect.
Taste is of the mentioned aromas with gentle caramel in the background of the bitter herbal and citrus hops.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, spicy, and bitter.
