Sly Fox- Pub Ale
A- Thick bubbly golden caramel orange with a big creamy overflowing white head. Thick messy lacing all over the place.
S- Very light on the nose. Caramel/ toffee malt, buttery shortbread, fresh bread, and grassy hops.
T- Light touch of caramel and lightly toasted bready malt.Lightly dry grassy hop flavor near the back end.
M- Very soft and smooth, light sweet malt with an evenly balanced light dry hoppiness. So soft on the palatte.
Overall- Very subtle flavors but smooth and sessionable. Another good Sly Fox offering.

This pint arrived at the table still cascading like only a nitro-tap will give you. It was a crystal clear, light amber or gold colour and was topped by a very dense layer of super fine bubbles. Good head retention, plenty of clumpy lacing. The aroma was quite mild, but there were notes of crackery malt and floral, noble hops. Flavour was light and refreshing, a little malt sweetness and grain character with balanced bitterness and floral hops. Light bodied with low carbonation, quite smooth in texture. Very drinkable. A great call for a summer offering.
