In the 1970's we drank this beer as it was cheap and made locally. I do recall it being less preferential to popular beers of the day. Schlitz Budweiser and Pabst. The went out of business in 1975 after almost 130 years of history save Prohibition time. Sly Fox took it up added corn and I actually enjoyed the first one. A little pale and dry with a touch of citrus. A decent taste and feel. Good lawnmower beer! Probably hard to find outside of E Pa.
