2009 Hop Project Beer.
A: Crystal clear amber body. Thin off-white head. Not much in the way of lacing left behind.
S: Some floral notes struggle to make their presence known amongst the sea of caramel malt.
T: Much like the nose, the flavor's balance is tipped toward the side of malt at the expense of the floral hop notes. Not much in the way of bitterness here.
M: Smooth. Medium bodied. Nice carbonation levels. Clean finish.
D: The most bland of this year's offerings. My #11 of the 11 single-hop hop project brews.

On draft at the Waterfornt Ale House, Brooklyn, New York.
Poured a medium copper hue with a trace white cap. There was little retention and lacing.
The smell featured a light grassy hop.
The taste consisted of a rather vibrant hop and grainy malt.
The mouthfeel was typical of the style.
Overall a tasty and mild hop forward APA.

On tap at Capone's.
Poured a medium amber color with a smaller sized off white head. Some lacing was left on the glass. Aromas of floral hops and 'ice tea'. Tastes of the same floralness, 'ice tea', with some lighter caramel in the background. Body on the thinner side.
