A-Bright copper with a thin off-white head that reduced to a thin cap and left nice lace.

S-Light floral and citrus notes. Some malt sweetness but this is very feint.

T-Bright and sharp floral/citrus hop combo. Light supporting biscuit malt sweetness.

M-Medium-light bodied, very sharp and crisp with good lingering bitterness and a drying finish.

D-Hell yeah! A full flavoured session hop attack. I really like the combination of the floral mellowness and the sharp citrus rind bite that this hop provides.

2009 Hop Project Beer

A: Crystal clear amber body. SLight off-white cap. Quickly receded to a skim. Decent lacing left behind after each sip.

S: Bright floral and herbal notes. Lightly spicy. Soft, muted bready malts.

T: Up front is a floral and herbal bitterness. A hint of orange before fading away to a slight spicy bitterness in the back end. Bready malts are present underneath throughout.

M: Smooth, lightly carbonated body. Nice, refreshingly crisp finish.

D: Invigorating. My #5 out of the 11 single-hop hop project beers.
