Sly Fox- Argentinean Pale Ale (Hop Project)
A- Deep amber brown, clear, good carbonation, with a thick heavy lacing head. Good head retention.
S- Big toasted bready grain malt, caramel, and floral hops.
T- Thick malt up front. Caramel and toasted bread crust malt. Dried sweet floral hops with a sugary finish.
M- Thick chewy sweet malt with an earthy floral dry hop feel and a sugary sweet finish.
Overall- Nice malt/ floral hop balance. Enjoyed, too bad this probaly won't be brewed again.

2009 Hop Project Beer
A: Crystal clear amber body. Tight off-white head. Trickles of carbonation present throughout. Decent retention before forming a spotty skim. Spotty lacing left behind on the glass sides.
S: Subtle, delicate citrus-herbal-floral concoction of hop aromas.
T: Was expecting a bit more profound citrus flavors from this one even though its a southern hemisphere version of the cascade hop. Mostly citric (lemon) and floral bitterness. The bready malt shines through a bit towards the back end of each sip.
M: Tingly carbonation dances across the palate. Light-medium body. Tight, crisp finish.
D: Interesting and subtle. Would love to see this hop in an amped up IPA. My #7 of the 11 single-hop hop project brews.
