We teamed up with our lager-lovin’ brethren from 2SP Brewing Co. to create a crisp, cold brew that’ll get the job done. A steadfast combination of classic noble hops in the brew kettle with a trio of newer German varieties added during the lagering process, brings forth a flavor profile checkered with fruity, floral, and spicy notes. Don’t race past this hoppy lager that is sure to massacre your thirst.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Nearly clear medium to light golden pour. Big foamy white head... lasts awhile with great lacing.
S: Crackery grains and citrus hops.
T.F: Lightly toasted malts/grains and noble hops. Lemon/citrus, grass, and herbal/floral notes. A bit of pepper and spice. Modest bitterness. Clean/balanced. Lighter body and well carbonated.
O: An easy-drinking IPL. Clean/drinkable. Hit the spot after a workout.

Poured into a narrow pint glass: color is straw gold, head is bright white with fine bubbles, head presents 2 fingers thick and lingers well with a solid 1/4 inch top after 10 mins.
Smell is light malt, crisp hops with light grass, earth, herbal notes.
Taste is similar with light malt, light pale and pilsner like blend with toasty note; hops are crisp, with notes of lemon, earth, herbs, grass.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness, light drying presence.
Overall a nice, lightly malty, lightly bitter lager.
