clear dark copper color, cream colored head. Sweet bready malt, in the aroma and taste. A touch of grassy hops. The finish is more balanced. Thin to medium bodied.

Like most I enjoyed goat race simple caramel sweetness bready yeasty malts and a bit of hop bite in the finish winds you up for another sip. Pretty good for the style no off flavors body is crisp and ABV is covered. Would get it again!

Leftover from last week's mixed twelve pack: I have to admit, the goat races sound like a fun time. Kind of a translucent dark amber color and a caramel based nose with yeast and earthy tones in tow. Flavor is similar with again a caramel base and a touch of hop balance. The finish provides a hint of toffee and a long, chewy aftertaste.

Pours a nice amber with copper highlights and a cream colored head that dissipates quickly.
Grass, roasted malt, toffee, sweet bread, lemon, and floral hops.
Toffee drizzled over coffee cake with a lemon glaze. This is a tasty complex beer. It has a lot of sweet notes but is not cloying.

Poured into a wide mouth, grip shaped goblet: color is transparent copper, head is off white and presents 1/2 inch thick but dissipates quickly, light spotty lacing.
Smell is light, sweet malt, munich and pils notes, grape nuts, dry earthiness.
Taste is similar - light, sweet malt, munich, light caramunich and pils notes, grape like sweetness, earthy crisp hop notes.
Mouthfeel is moderate carbonation, moderate sweetness, moderate bitterness and lingering carbonic quality.
Overall a very nice maibock - crisp and biting in its finish but pleasant malt sweetness to back it.

From a 12oz can dated best by 9/13/23 into a pint glass.
Pours a translucent amber with about half a finger of light tan head. Ok retention, not much lacing after the head dies down.
Not getting a ton on the nose. Maybe a bit of caramel, bread and corn.
Taste doesn't disappoint. Sweet caramel and bread. But some nice bitterness.
Mouthfeel is almost a bit sticky. Bitter, bready aftertaste. Medium carbonation.
Nice stab at the style. Very drinkable.

12oz can, Best by 9.13.23
Poured at fridge temp into a willi glass
Pours a true bet with a 1F tightly packed tan head. 4
Nearly cloyingly sweet caramel aroma, but still pleasant with a touch of still-sweet malts. 4.
Sweet and buttery biscuit, caramel candy, and slight earthy spice. 4
Moderately filling body with a touch of boozy warmth, but otherwise easy drinking. 3.75
Overall a very nice Maibock I'd happily drink again (though more in season) 4
