Slyfox : Can Jam Lager
True to form for a Dortmunder export lager, but a bit darker than many. Aroma of clean lager yeast, toffee, and floral hops. In the taste, very clean again with bread, lemony citrus and a noticeable leafy bitterness. Buttery notes are on the low end. Medium bodied, yet still crisp and quenching. Overall, this is a serviceable lager, but really nothing special.
