A - Straw yellow in colour and opaque. Some chill haze. Frothy white head with excellent retention and some pronounced lacing layered down the glass.
S - Citra. Juicy Friut chewing gum, mango, passion fruit and zest. Bursting with aroma.
T - Clasic IPA hop forward taste. Superbly balanced with respect to bitterness. Very little malt taste. Tropical fruit bursting from the Citra hops with a nice crisp bite of bitterness at the end from Hallertua hops. No diacetyl to detract from the crispness.
M - Crisp, light bodied (for an ale) and juicy.
A - An absolutely fabulous IPA and very sessionable at 4.5%. The 28 IBUs bring a sensible level of bitterness to this ale. A little beer with big beer flavour. By a mile the best beer from this brewery and worth seeking out.
