Bought these for 50% off at a Bed, Bath & Beyond in June of 2020 as a sort of gag gift, but my curiosity got the better of me and I picked up a pack for myself too.
Very light amber color with pale foam. Light aroma of malt and hops. Drinks like a Budweiser, but just a bit hoppier and less malty.
Not bad, but not quite the major celebration I expected.

16oz can into a nonic.
A: Pours a slightly hazy yellow/gold with 1" loose white head that dissipates pretty quickly. Lacing and retention are both poor. I am not a fan of the color - too light to be gold, too dark to be straw...it's just an unappealing yellow hue.
S: Citra is definitely present, with a suggestion of lemony hops against a soft bready malt note. Aggressive whiffs give me pineapple and lime along with an undefined sweetness. Subtle but kind of rewarding.
T: Comes on malty with a grainy, almost cereal note that steps back on the mid palate to reveal a pleasantly citric, more-bitter-than-expected hop hit. Finish is dry with a lingering - but mild - hop bitterness. Good balance and reasonably complex for what it is.
M: Crisp, substantial body married to low-to-average carb. Great for the flavor profile.
O: Altogether pretty thoughtful, tasty stuff. Well balanced hop character gives it some extra depth, while a rich but easy drinking feel keeps me coming back.

From the can, it pours a clear amber with a large off-white head that dissipates as you watch... Light malt in the nose, along with a touch of hops. The hops are more evident in the mouth, just enough to make a pale ale. Easy to drink and definitely NOT dangerous!

Pours a pale yellow color with a fluffy, white head about two fingers thick. Smell is of a light lemon, hint of herbal, and touch of malt. Weak scent. Taste is lemon and sweet malt. Hint of hop bitterness. Crisp, lighter body, easy drinker. As a session beer it's about average, not a ton of flavor but what flavor is there is pretty darned good. Certainly a nice summer beer.

A little toasty note. Not much else going on.
