Prestige Series. Bottle Conditioned Brut IPA
It’s about time to pop some bottles! Nice thing about Clink! is, whether it’s your big day or just another Tuesday, openin’ a bottle of this bubbly is cause for celebration. The brut brewing process serves up a beer that drinks like a hoppy champagne.
Hallertau Blanc, Nelson Sauvin, and Southern Passion hops create a fruity, tropical hop flavor. We balanced that with 3 malts to create this crisp concoction. For even more bubbles, we decided to bottle condition the brew for 2 full weeks. Cause ya know, more bubbles means more cheers! Or should we say more beers?
Malts: Pilsner, Pale Wheat, Acidulated Malt
Hops: Hallertau Blanc, Southern Passion, Comet, Cascade Oil
IBU: 26
COLOR: Extra Pale Ale
