The ancient grains that our brewers selected to make this brew have been harvested for their nutrient rich profile for centuries. A: Pale yellow in color with a small amount of white head.
S: Almost a little vaguely tart.. Light floral, certainly some grain aroma in there, with perhaps a touch of spice.
T: Whole grain bread, a touch of sharpness, and perhaps some brown rice. Something herbal in the finish.
M: Light in body, with near effervescent carbonation.. crisp finish with moderate dryness.
O: Overall light, crisp, and refreshing.
