It’s no wonder the Roanoke Valley is considered the Star City of the South! The best summer evenings in the 540 are spent catching a live show in Elmwood Park under the glow of the Mill Mountain Star with a cold one in hand, and the fruit-forward flavors in this refreshing brew are sure to help beat the heat.
This light wheat beer lets the taste and aroma of fresh peach and mango puree shine before a dry, effervescent finish. If you’re in the shadow of the Blue Ridge Mountains, this beer is your perfect companion for the warm Virginia days.

Canned 07/08/19.
Fairly hazy golden yellow color, with thin frothy head that rises in small amounts above the beer.
Very peach-forward on the nose. The mango is there as well, but it takes a few minutes of opening up for you to really start getting it. Very fruity, with a subtle tart wheat quality to help mellow out the sweetness.
Much mellower on the palate. Light wheat and subtler undertones of peach and an even milder stone fruit dryness. The mango falls to the wayside a bit, but it’s not really needed.
Light, clean, refreshing. Great summer beer.
