On tap at brewery.
Woody, chocolate Graham cracker. It has that expected dry bite.
Metallic, cocoa powder, moderate hop bitterness. It definitely has some of that puckering from the dark roasted barley.
Light body, very soft nitro carbonation.
More complex than normal Irish Dry Stout.

16oz nitro on tap at the outpost brewery in Lexington, VA. Served in a branded pint glass.
Appearance: Black and letting very little light through. Thick tan persistent head with lots of lacing. Nice looking stout.
Smell: Very light milk chocolate aroma with some roasted malt. Smells more like a milk stout.
Taste: Roasted malt and the style of a dry Irish stout, but definitely on the sweet side of things.
Mouthfeel: As one would expect with a nitro stout, quite smooth and creamy, with no carbonation, but that definite nitro feel.
Overall/Drinkability: Very easy to drink, and went well with a smoked pulled pork sandwich. Easily could have had another. Definitely sweet for the style, but it is a Irish dry stout.

Had on location from a nitro tap.
A very good dry Irish stout. Pitch black. Crazy creamy head from the nitro. Those charred Irish malt smells came through. Easy drinking. Very enjoyable!

Had on tap at DBBC. Excellent cascade as beer poured. Very nice dry stout in style of Guiness, but found a more rounded taste and much smoother drink than standard draft Guiness. Far from my usual choice which is more RIS and bigger/barrel aged. But a very good representation of the style.
