L: Pours a slightly hazy straw yellow with a thin persistent white head.
S: Floral, fruity hop aroma with a pilsner malt backbone.
T: Pilsner malt come through well, with a bitter finish. Piney hop with some melon.
F: light body with moderate carbonation.
O: A good brew. A bit more bitter than I expected but not too bitter. I like the malt profile and the dry finish. Good, crisp summer beer.

12oz bottle, bottled 5/6/15, poured into a tulip
A- pours a slightly hazy golden straw color with a small foamy white head that reduces to just a think ring around the edge of the glass
S- classic pilsener malt aroma with some grainy cracker notes & a hint of biscuit. Light grassy and floral hops
T- sharp toasted and biscuit malt flavor up front, quickly followed by some grassy hops, along with some floral notes. Slightly sweet malty finish with some toasted bread on the linger
M- medium body with moderate carbonation leads to a slightly foamy mouthfeel and a crisp finish, easy drinkability
O- a full flavored pilsener that's as advertised, makes a good summer beer

As simple as it gets this is a hoppy Pilsner that tastes like a hoppy Pilsner. Some what nondescript in its flavor I taste a lightly bitter floral hop with the bready tone of a Pilsner malt.

This is a pretty well made pilsner. A touch dry and somewhat hoppy but still a solid brew for the style.

Second bottle of this one from the summer variety pack; bottling date seems to be May 8th, 2015.
Looks like a pilsner for sure -- golden in color, very clear, lots of little bubbles rising up, and a good bit of fluffy white foam on top which shrinks away to a thin coating after a bit.
Smell is fairly light, but grassy hops and a bit of grain stand out.
Taste is definitely focused on the grassiness of the hops, with the grainy malt coming through pretty clearly as well. Early on in the glass there's a bit more of a sweetness in there too, which occasionally pops up in the aftertaste or burps later on as well. Sometimes almost bordering in caramel-like in a burp. A bit of lingering hop bitterness on the end, but not super strong. There's an almost saltiness going on occasionally too, I'm not sure exactly how to describe it -- odd, but kind of interesting. Toward the end of the glass, sometimes there's something that almost comes across as just slightly sulfur-like, but interestingly enough this actually isn't unpleasant at all, in fact I'm finding it actually adds a bit to the beer.
Feel is pretty nice as well. It's on the lighter side and certainly fizzy, but never gets to the point of seeming *too* light or *too* fizzy. Fizziness isn't super prickly or uncomfortable in the mouth, enough to definitely make itself known but not enough to where it becomes unwelcome.
Overall, this was a pretty tasty beer, and very drinkable especially on a hot day like today (seriously, it was 90+ degrees outside today, even with no shirt and a fan running I'm roasting in my apartment here.)
