Served in a Devil's Backbone willibecher.
Not sure if I'd've called this an Herbed/Spiced, but since I've got nuthin' else, I'll just shut up about it. It pours a cloudy, very pale straw topped by over a finger of white foam. The nose comprises lemon zest, coriander, light wheat, and cardamom. Very wit-like, but not quite. Hard to explain. The taste is a lighter version of the smell, but with the added bonus of some green tea. Ah, now I get the style designation. The body is light, with a light carbonation and a crisp, refreshing finish. Not a bad offering at all, seemingly combining sweet tea with a wit. Great for summer.

Very witbier-looking appearance, with a faded yellow color, rather opaque...and a bountiful cloud-white head.
Aroma is flowery, mostly, with some lemon also in the nose.
Flavor is predominantly grassy, grainy and earthy. Notes of lemon, wildflower and big juicy pear flash by.
Smooth and creamy in texture, although probably could have used a bit more carbonation, although I appreciate its softness, considering the style and flavor profile.
A decent, serviceable beer that blurs style distinctions, as this drinks very much like a witbier. Maybe that's what they're going for too, I don't know...maybe it's classified incorrectly here.
