A-Deep, orange copper with a thin off-white head that reduced to a thin ring and left spotty lace.
S-Spicy candied apple, bubblegum and clove with an underlying sweet caramel malt base.
T-Sweet caramel malt accented by spicy apple/pear, cinnamon covered fruit compote. Nicely full flavoured.
M-Medium bodied and while this could be a touch thin the long lasting flavours support the palate well. A slow building dry finish.
D-Very nice. Spicy zip and not shy, this one almost "burns" the tongue at times with so much zip. A most well done, flavourful and easy drinking weizenbock.
