Had this on 2010-12-05 at the brew pub.
A - Hazy orange with short, white head.
S - Lemon, biscut, herbs
T - Very different with a definite oriental taste. Rice, lots of lemon, spicey oriental hop floral from the sorachi hops. It's fairly dry but the sorachi hop bitterness lingers. The IBU=75. Big props to the brewer for trying something very different and pulling it off!
M - Medium body and light-medium carbonation. Pretty crisp.
D - Once you get over the surprise from the unique taste, you could session this.
