8oz pour into a snifter at the brewery.
A - Inky black with a finger of chocolate milk colored head. Not much retention or lacing, as expected.
S - This one is pretty clear, tons of the Trager Bros coffee that this beer is brewed with comes through, loud and clear. Not very complex, but just want to keep going in to smell this one.
T - Wow, really coffee and hints of dark chocolate. Some lighter vanilla/toffee can be picked up at times. Not the most complex beer around, but enjoyed the robust coffee in this one.
M - Could be little thicker but carbonation is on point.
D - Really nice after a long hike on a raw day, this is a nice warming, coffee forward beer (as expected). It's still a porter so should not be compared with Breakfast Stout.
