I tried this on tap at Max's in Fells point, served chilled in a pint.

The color is a beautiful golden with light haze and white head.
The smell is floral and fragrant of hops. I like the way the feel has a resinous hop texture and clean dry finish

The taste is practically all hops with a nice citrus flavor and mild malt in the back. This was easy to enjoy -nicely hop flavored and crisp pilsner-esque taste

On tap at Rustico Ballston. Served in a sampler glass. Pours a clear golden color with a nice white head and some spotty lacing. The nose has a bit of herbal and floral quality plus some citrus rind in the background. Flavor has a bigger hop kick with nice bitterness along with herbs and citrus character. Body is light with crisp carbonation and a moderately-bitter finish. Really nicely done.

"Brewed like an India Pale but fermented with lager yeast! This beer blends American hops citrus burst with lager crispness. A unique hybrid for the hopheads out there."

From 06/09/12 notes. had this on cask at Meridian Pint's Drink LOcal event and it was very good. Poured into a pint glass.

a - Pour a clear medium orange color with no head and no carbonation evident.

s - Smells of light fruity hops, citrus hops, wheat, bready malts, floral hops, and honey. Really nice and hoppy nose; I like it a lot.

t - Tastes of fruity malts, citrus hops, floral hops, lemon, wheat, grains, bready malts, honey. More floral notes than the nose and again, very nice.

m - Light to medium body and no carbonationi. Very smooth and easy to drink. No bitterness at all.

o - Overall I liked this one a lot; I think this is the best beer I've had from them so far. Nice and hoppy, and no bitterness at all. Easy to drink, really hope they keep making this and bottle it.
