Howler purchased at the Outpost.
Black body with Coca-Cola highlights when held to the light. Two fingers of level light tan bubbly foam.
Aroma of light coffee, milk chocolate, and earthy and citrus notes in the back.
Taste follows nose. Coffee. Chocolate. Fruit. Light hop bite at the swallow.
Smooth medium mouthfeel.
A tasty straight forward American Stout. Good to check in with the basics now and again. Good first impression from the brewery.
