Had this at 2010 Firkin Fest
Pours a light layer of fizzy white head. Color is a slight hazed golden orange.
Aroma: Huge pine flavors, but very sweet. The citrus in this beer is very sharp. Reminds me of pine sol.
Taste: It tastes like I am drinking christmas. Tons of pine and citrus with little malt showing. Very awesome and interesting.
Mouthfeel: Bitter and spiced. Medium bodied with a lower amount of carbonation. Ends dry and pine flavored.
Overall, a very interesting offer from the Lift Bridge crew. Sweet pine! It is drinkable if you can handle the pine. A very neat beer. I would like to see this brought back around the the winter holiday season.
