Pours a small layer of white head. Color is a slightly hazed golden orange.
Aroma: Smells great. Light peach flavor with some farmhouse funk. Grassy with some wheat and spice. A little bit of floral notes with some fruits.
Taste: Peach and wheat. A little farmhouse funk. Orange peel and lemon zest with a bit of spices. Yeasty. A bit of crushed pepper.
Aroma: Dry, but fitting to the style. Lighter bodied with a medium amount of carbonation.
Overall, this was a very easy drinking saison and also very approachable. A lot of solid flavors. I enjoyed this one.
