Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance- The beer is served a golden amber color with a one finger head of fizzy white foam. The fades super fast leaving just a trace of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is heaviest of a bready smell mixed with tons of tropical fruits of tangerine, pineapple and mango. Along with these aromas comes notes of a white grape smell as well as a little bit of a pepper and pear smell.
Taste – The taste begins with a rather doughy taste mixed with some nice tropical fruit sweetness. The tropical fruit flavors fade a bit all while some black pepper and white grape tastes take their place. All the while some hop flavors of a pine and floral nature come to the tongue. Toward the end flavors of a grainy taste as well as some hay join the other flavors and with even hop of a pine and grassy nature coming to the tongue, one is left with a rather nice malty, but lightly more dankly hopped taste with a hint of a peppery wine flavor to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is very thick and chewy with a carbonation level that is rather average. For the dank and slightly spicier but fruitier taste of the brew the feel is quite nice creating a rather thick and full feel for the robust flavors of the brew.
Overall – A rather nice, sorta thick and malty brew overall. The beer has a nice hit of malt, but contains a good level of hop to balance it all out and with the hints of wine taste mixed within it makes for a rather enjoyable brew overall.

On tap at Thai Me Up/Melvin in Jackson Hole. Wonder Nelson hop smell. Mouthfeel and body are a little lacking but finish is smooth. Very good single hop offering representative of Upslope brewing. Would definitely drink
Again. Lacks a little complexity bit a solid brew with wonderful aroma and taste
