Porter with peanut butter. Nothing really stands out but still very good. Terrible when cold.

19.2 ounce can. Pours extremely dark brown with a good head of tan foam. I get roasted malt, sweet caramel, mild bitterness and even milder peanut butter. What’s up with that? The taste doesn’t amplify the flavourful of peanut butter at all and that’s dissapointing. What is there is more of a typical Porter. Roasted malt with a balance of sweet and bitter. Smooth creamy body. Kick the PB up a notch or 3, Upslope!

No PB anywhere here. Not in the scent, not in the taste. This was a meh porter, not even notable as porters go. Body was about right, some roast character. Strong astringent sting towards the entire back end. I won't be coming back to this one.

Dark brown body topped with a foamy, sticky, tan head. Big roasted grain and peanut aroma; some dark roast coffee elements. Milk chocolate sweetness and baker chocolate flavors; robust bitterness. Heavy and smooth mouthfeel; silky sweet mouthfeel with just a twinge of astringency.
This is a well-rounded, very flavorful porter. The peanut butter blends well with the grain bill and balances nicely with bitterness. Solid.
