From notes taken 04/17/17:
Semi-opaque, darker apricot orange, with butterscotch hues. Very light yellow head, fluffy, fine, weightless, and delicate, and on top appearing what could be described as “whipped” or “curdled.” Good retention, abundant sticky ringlets of lace. Smells like a orange, pineapple, and mango juice blend from OceanSpray or Dole, very good at first. Slightly more resinous hops in the background rising up as the fruitiness slowly but never completely dissipates. To taste we have caramel and bread for first few split seconds, then it sweetens and tartens to something a little more complex and citric, especially toward the lips, but toward the throat it turns quick to rind, perfume, endless peppercorn, soap, and spirity booze, but it doesn’t really overdo it. Strange graininess/nuttiness in the finish. Medium-bodied, warming, with decent level of fine and creamy carbonation that is briefly quite sharp. Pretty solid beer, above average Imperial IPA, but mind you it was served nearly chilled.

Dark amber in color; thin yet sticky, white head. Strong smell of pine tars and floral notes. Sweet taste; peppermint; interesting blend of hop bitterness and low-key alcohol presence. Heavy body; rather flat and syrupy.
Per the can info, this is a collaboration product utilizing Idaho Experimental Hop #7. Okay. In the end, this is a rather pedestrian offering, heavy and somewhat unrefined. Not a bad beer per se, but most likely a beer one wouldn't revisit.
