Canned January 24th. Bought at Liquor Shed.
Pours lightly hazed straw gold, 1 finger head of foam, nice lacing.
Smells hoppy, earthy, yeasty, spicy...coriander and light clove. Brett noticeable.
Hoppiness blends in well with the Saison attributes. Kinda like the dry hopped Saison Dupont. Really smooth and also has the lightest of hints of tartness.
What a joy to drink. Almost 4 months old!!

Appearance – Yellow, slightly hazy body with a half finger head.
Aroma – Slightly sour, quite floral (mostly roses), and a little peppery bite.
Taste – Grassy, slightly sour, peppery, bready yeast, a little funky. Zero bitterness.
Mouthfeel – Good viscosity, not too thin but not heavy.
Overall – Not bad but not a standout.
