It's been a minute now but I do find this series highly enjoyable. Fun experimental stuff. Upslope is a great brewery

A: golden straw, clear as day.
S: Brett, hay, pollen
T: follows the smell. Straw, mild oak, tartness on the finish, maybe Abit of pepperry spice. I'm missing the Galaxy hops at this point though.
M: thinner but quite effervescent. Pucker us pleasant on the tongue after the swallow.
O: would buy again. A nice wild saison, with some interesting woodsy characteristics

On draught at Frontier Brewing and Taproom. Love these takeovers.
Pours a slightly hazy straw gold with lots of foam and lacing.
The smell has Brett, coriander, pepper, the dry hopping really shines. Cloves. Gonna be a tart one for sure.
Dry hopped tartness is good. Coriander and pepper go hand in hand with the not so subtle Brett deliciousness. Yikes, this is good.
Medium bodied for the most part. Thins out a bit in the finish.
Hay there!

Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a two finger head; decent retention and a few shards of lace
Smell: Lactic and funky, with peppery yeast and passionfruit elements
Taste: The lactic and Brett funk flavors interplay, up front, with the hoppy passionfruit tones building; peppery yeast flavors emerge, after the swallow, along with some oak; the passionfruit returns to bring in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: As the beer warms, the passionfruit flavor becomes stronger so that the other elements complement rather than compete
