We doubled down on our West Coast Style IPA with the most expressive hops we could get our hands on. This beer pours a brilliantly clear, pale gold color and is dripping with aromas of Douglas fir, ripe citrus fruit, and firm bitterness. The finish is nice and dry, making this heavyweight beer light on its feet.

Look: pale gold, clear, solid head
Smell: piney, tangerine
Taste: piney, resinous, malty, tangerine, grapefruit
Feel: med body, moderate carbo
Overall: 9% abv 78 IBU. Solid scent of pine and tangerine with a little dankness. Taste follows the nose. The tropical flavors seemed to fade quickly but the pine resin lingered. Really good bitterness. This Double West Coast Style IPA pairs well with "Double Talkin' Jive" by Guns N Roses.

Amber in color with a thick white head. Thick does not properly describe the head as it took quite a while to fade. Nose was dull pine initially but after the head faded away the pine grew. Taste was somewhat malty and piney. On the backend the bitterness grew over about a minute to somewhat of a crescendo then BAM it was gone. Easy drinker for 9%

19.2oz can. Poured out a clear, golden orange color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of grapefruit, orange, guava, pine and sweet caramel. It tasted of sweet tropical fruit with toasted caramel and a piney, sharp bitterness.

Crystal clear, light gold color; decent, slow-rising carbonation; very thick and dense head, creamy and sculpted. Pleasant citrus and tropical fruit aroma; orange zest; mango; sage. Rich, complex taste; dense yet muted sweetness; light grain taste; honey; zesty, mildly spicy hop flavor; medium-light sense of bitterness. Medium body; crisp; delicate stickiness with a hint of dryness at the finish.
This is a very tasty, well-rounded double India pale ale.
