A light dusting of wispy light-tan head upon arrival. Color was a cola-color with a slight cloudiness. Nose had light spiciness, cinnamon and nutmeg intermingled with a light pininess. Mouthfeel was medium with that same light spiciness on the tongue. Pine with cinnamon and nutmeg. Finish was slightly dry, dusty. Overall, not bad, but more like a pale imitation of Anchor's Christmas. Cloves, ginger, and cranberry were also included in the brew.

This brew is served in a stemmed glass. Actually close to what I expected. There is a very small head present in my sample but I believe that is a symptom of the pour.
The beer is very dark brown with hints of ruby tints present.
the beer exhibits medium body and carbonation. Aroma is mild spiciness with some nutmeg, cinnamon and very faint maltiness coming through.
The flavor is very similar to the aroma. Sweet caramel malt comes through early with nutmeg and cinnamon following and closing shop with a dry bitter hop finish. This is a nice winter brew but it could use a little more thickness in my opinion.
