Pours a honey color w/ a slight edge layer- oily surface but not much head; semi-hazy appearance.
Slight fruit malts on the nose. Kinda citrusy actually. Some noticable cascade hops also hit my nose as well.
Sour citrus hops flavor with a nice orange peel sweetness. Hops hit up front and the sweetness comes in behind it on the swallow. maybe just a hint of some spice in there as well. Very yummy!
Smooth body with a nice crispness. Carbonation is not overbearing and is actually right on target. Only 5.1% abv.
Due to lower abv. this makes an excellent session brew! Very nice flavor, and great feel. I'd like to try it from a growler me thinks.
