A: The ale is a golden color, pale with no sign of any sediment. The head is thin and does not lace.
S: On first smell, the ale has a very grainy cereal aroma, as though the barley just came off the stalk. As the beer warms a bit, a sweeter maltiness emerges. There is no indication of any hops.
T: The ale has an inoffensive malt palate that is biscuity and refreshing. The flavors trend towards some fruitiness, but not so much that this becomes too sweet. The hops are balancing only, adding very little in the way of bitterness or taste.
M: The style, by design, is meant to be relatively low-key and this ale in particular fits that to a T. The flavors are subtle and airy.
D: Very drinkable ale with a nice malt finish.

Presented as a pale yellow beer with impressive white puffy head. Left attractive lacing on the side of the glass. Smell is sweet and fruity and nicely enjoyable. Taste is strongly fruity and pleasant with vurtually no bitterness present. Nice creamy mouthfeel. Finished sweet and very refreshing. Easy to drink. Nice session beer.
