The beer pours a pale gold color with a 1/4" white head that fades to lacing. The aroma is decent. It has a crisp pale malt and wheat scent along with a sour yeast aroma. It's quite sour and refreshing. The taste is decent as well. It's light and refreshing with light malt complexity and a very sour yeast finish. This is a very well done beer. The brewer said it was his first time brewing one. The mouthfeel is fine. It is a low bodied beer with adequate carbonation. This is the best beer I had while at Bube's. It's a good Berliner.
