Had this on 2014-10-19 at the brewery.
A - hazy golden orange with a 1-finger white head and very good lace.
S - Rising white bread and sweet pineapple flesh. Appealing.
T - Hop and pine forward. Then some sweet lightly toasted bread, which yields to significant grapefruit bitterness that lingers a long time.
M - Medium body and carbonation.
O - More an IPA than an APA.

Transcribed from undated notes.
This arrived with a finger of light, medium-tan head with low retention. Color was a light-copper with NE-plus clarity. Nose was more pronounced in terms of its malt than its hops. Mouthfeel was medium with a pronounced biscuit/ malt taste. Finish was almost Fat Tire-like! Very drinkable!

Served on-tap at the brewpub in Mount Joy, PA.
A: The ale is an auburn colored brew, a reasonable approximation for an amber bottle. The glass was filled rather high, preventing the accumulation of any significant head.
S: The nose is grainy, caramel and biscuit with a light touch of gragefuit hops. Well-balanced.
T: The APA is content to toe the line, showing off solid grains and just enough hops to keep me happy. The biscuity flavors are sweet, accentuated with a caramel finish. The hops have a citrusy predilection, strong enough to peek through the grains from time to time.
M: The ale is a nice blend of hops and malts, an easy dirnk that won't set the world on fire but won't disappoint either.
D: A solid ale, good for putting a few back at a time.
