This deep amber colored lager is brewed with 100% German malts. A long, slow fermentation at low temperatures gives it a smooth finish after big, bready malt flavor with just enough German Noble hop character to balance. Perfect for all day sipping as Summer transitions into Autumn.

Had this on draught at the brewery.
A mahogany/tea colored pour with little head, and no lacing.
Malty, bready, a little sweet, hints of caramel, toffee. Hops profile is pleasant, it could use a higher dose to offset the sweetness though.
A little under carbonated as well.
