Poured from stubby can. Lemon straw gold, nice foamy cap. Instant citrus notes. Taste is sour sherbet and lemon, nice level of acidity. Crisp enough feel. Not bad for a once off. Don't mind if I do.

Look :- Light haze , light gold ,creamy frothy head that vanishes . Not much lacing.
Smell:- Wheat , mild malt .
Taste :- Tart ! A mild wheat beer taste .Sour but not puckeringly so . Mild lemon flavour.
Mouth feel:- Fizzy and a little watery.
Overall. Honestly taken by surprise. Ive not had a beer like this before , the sourness is very up front . Not bad if I'd wanted something sour and on a hot day , something very refreshing I think.

Is this supposed to be a gose? It is very alike, although without the complex taste-experience of the former. Here you rather get the sourness only, no herbs, no spices, no dung in it. What you might get in the nose though is a can of oily sardines. Kind of fades out into watery lightness. Not bad for irresponsible fun for five minutes.

Poured from fridge temp. Pours a transparent yellow with little head. Nose is pine, lemon, vanilla, and a bit of funk. Taste is really muted, with mild tastes of pine and lemon. Taste was definitely disappointing after the nice nose. Flavors of citrus and barnyard funk are there, but again quite mellow. Mouthfeel is pretty dry and light.

Sour grain aroma. Citrus present.
Immediate astringency. Weak lime cordial.
Light in body and sour indeed. Very refreshing.

Pale yellow straw colour with minimal head. Aroma is quite mild with notes of witbier, some malt and apple. Flavour is more balanced than I was expecting with a mild tartness, some gueze-like sea buckthorn, lemon peel, slight toffee apple and yeast. Feel is light-medium with dry finish. Refreshing and good mix of flavours.

Slightly hazy straw color with a bit of white foam. Aroma has a clean lactic tartness with a hint of honey, really classic. Taste follows with the same lactic/lemony tartness and some grainy wheat flavor. Light body with really dry mouthfeel and crisp carbonation. This is a straight-up, classic berliner weisse with nothing special added, but well made.

Clear pale yellow color. Earthy hops and slightly sweet apple aromas. Drier than expected. Soft yet crisp carbonation blends well with apple and earthy hops, and a bit of wheatiness.
