From Zombier. In Teku glass. Watching Lobezno inmortal, then X- Men Dias del futuro pasado. 8 monhs after bbf. Lots of everything: Sweet malt, strong hoppy bitterness and plenty of alcohol, but all so well combined that result great

L: Hazy, dark amber color, no head whatsoever, no much lacing either, no visible carbonation.

S: Mango, grapefruit, tropical fruits. Superb!

T: Mango, grapefruit, tropical fruits, hops. Slightly bitter on the back end. Very good.

F: Good bodied, full flavored.

O: Very good triple IPA. Will definitely have many times again :)

Pours murky amber into a glass from a bottle. Beige head two-three fingers before falling to nothing after a short while. Poor retention, no lacing, however that head hangs around longer than I was expecting for a 10.5%-er.

Very balanced aroma with equal parts, dank hop, clean pine, some passionfruit sweetness and a nice freshness. it isn't strong, but it doesn't need to be to emit, what I'm sure is, a very well-crafted IPA.

The flavour is very, very balanced, astoundingly so. There is almost no hint of bias in this ale whatsoever. The flavour rolls into being, starting off aromatic and piney, moving through some hop bitterness - but just before it turns into an unreasonable bitterness, it turns sweet and fruity before ending fresh and clean with almost no aftertaste. This is a very good Imperial, one of the best I've had.

The feel is excellent; medium bodied with a well hidden alcohol content. There is some menthol drying on the back of the tongue but it turns into a ghostly warming sensation that relaxes the throat like a good brandy. Carbonation is minimal, just providing a sizzle that compliments the beer.

This is fantastic, one of the best balanced triple IPA's I've ever come across. I prefer pure craftsmanship over a hop bomb any day of the week, and this is such a beer.
