Bought at Borger Bottles, first sale in this new shop.

Served in my loyal "Seef" Tumbler.
Wild white foam films the class, quickly losing out to the liquid and completely vanishing.
Scent is wet paper.
Colour is a watery orange, reminds me of vitamine tablets.
Flavour is acidic, more in feel then in flavour. And herbal, floral, earthy.
Aftertaste is tge dorst indication why someone chose to call this a saison, wet and moldy wood with soms mail polish.

Amazing. If you want something refreshing and you are into sour beers this is a good starting and ending point. For me sour beer have the possibility to be the alternative to prosecco, champgne and all these "soury" appetizers and festivity drinks. I rate 4 in feel because I think more than 2 it's a bit overwhelming. Tast 4,5 because the aroma is so intense and great that even the taste cannot beat it.

Pours a hazy yellow with fine foam.

Smell is tart and crisp, with notes of gooseberries, lemon candy and some sweetness.

Taste is lightly tart, and balanced with a nice lemon peel bitterness. Lots of citrus, grapefruit and some gooseberries. Very refreshing!

Mouthfeel is thin to medium, well carbonated.

Overall, a very nice sour IPA, or bitter sour...

Hazy golden color with off-white head. Aroma has vegetal notes like parsley and celery, quite hoppy but also with some vanilla like sweetness in the background. Taste is tart and fruity, slightly vegetal, lemony and refreshing. Light body with medium carbonation. This is a great summer beer.

330ml can poured into a teku glass.

Rather pale hazy golden yellow color as a showcase, it tops with a finger of frothy white head that stands for a short while before collapsing to some bubble along the rim and leaving just slight to almost no lacing.

Very juicy and fruity in the aroma with subtle touch of sourness, I get tropical, grapefruit, pineapple, lemony, passion fruit, sour plum, fermented fruit, cold fruit, floral, pine, some yeasty funk, and bready malt.

This beer is good palate cleanser after you got such big Impy Stout or DIPA with its crisp and distinctive flavors of fruity and sour. Tropical fruit, grapefruit, pineapple, lemony, passion fruit, sour plum, fermented fruit, cold fruit, floral, pine, some yeasty funk, and bready malt, all nicely run and come together as one. There is just ghost-like hop bitterness at the end and quickly flash and gone.

Light body with quite smooth mouthfeel and some lively carbonation through the palate, the feeling is crisp and very refreshing with a pleasantly dry finish.

Interesting, it is a good combination between Sour and IPA. Hop is fresh, fruity, and juicy while sourness provides its crisp and refreshing elements.
