Feb. 2018: On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Cloudy deep golden colour, white head. Nice aroma of fruity and piney hops. Very hoppy, fruity and piney flavour, a slight sweetness, rich mouthfeel. Fairly good beer.

De 32gp. En copa Teku. Jugando a Path of Sin: Greed. Agradable dipa de perfil resinoso con el alcohol muy bien oculto y sin excederse con la resina. Se queda incluso corta a pesar de venir en formato de yonkilata

Pours a hazy, orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and bright, juicy tropical/citrus hops, with notes of mango, passion fruit, orange and a certain dankness coming through as well. Taste follows the nose, with a great balance of light biscuity malt and quite vibrant tropical/citrus hops, with the sweet, juicy notes of mango, passion fruit and lighter pineapple dominating, being backed up by some zesty grapefruit and tangerine accents, as well as a distinct herbal dankness. Finishes with a medium bitterness, light hop bite and some dank tropical/citrus notes lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
An excellent NEIPA with a great balance of strong, juicy tropical, lighter, zesty citrus and dank herbal notes, finishing with a good bitterness and a good, light hop bite. This really is my kind of NEIPA, bright and juicy, but also quite dank and bitter, with a great, soft and fluffy mouthfeel as well. Reminds me a bit of M-43, actually, but is probably better.

A 500ml can, canned on 3rd September 2019 and with a best before date of 3rd June 2020. Poured into a Lost Abbey teku glass.
Appearance: A hazy orange colour with a two finger white head that had decent retention and left lots of nice lacing.
Aroma: Citrusy orange, dank, onion, pine, slightly doughy, with hints of tropical mango and papaya.
Taste: Moderately sweet, biscuit malt, dank, fruity, tropical, mango, papaya, melon, kiwi, citrus zest and pith, orange, lightly bitter and spicy finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium to full bodied with moderate to soft carbonation.
Overall: Good sweet and bitter balance but for a NEDIPA I’d prefer more tropical fruit and less malt and dankness.

OK. I’ve now had the supreme pleasure of living in an Asian country where Supersonic has been imported every few months for the past 4 years. This has allowed me to sip and savor several rounds of one of the world’s greatest unknown beers from five different brewing batches at various degrees of freshness between 1-5 months of brewing.
Brothers and sisters, I’m here to tell you that if you love IPAs and IIPAs, it doesn’t get any better than this. IMHO, Supersonic stands with the best of NE, Northern California, Manchester, Wyoming, Colorado, NY or San Diego.
Citra, enigma hop heaven: from Norway.

Served in a red wine glass from the can.
Appearance: Super hazy gold coming off a touch dark than your usual yellow. White head rising roughly half a finger's length after
a hard pour and settles quickly after one sip.
Smell: heavy grapefruit skin. Light sugars with an awesome marshmallow like scent...seems freaky I just wish it was a more bit potent.
Taste: Sweet and citrus with a light caramel note accompanied by the heaviest malt in your life. The brew is complex bitter and sweet yet very very smooth.
Mouth: Very sticky and smooth lemon and grapefruit with hints of warm sugar finish. Medium carbonation with a full body.
Overall: Incredible brew and unfortunate it is not sold in the United States. If it crossed your eyes and you are a IPA fan of any sort , grab it. Salud!

Pours a hazy orange with fine, soft head.
Smell is citrusy and piney with a hint of sweetness.
Taste starts off with some sweet fruit and then brings the hammer down with a powerful burst of piney resin. Great, robust bitterness and a hint of licorice on the long finsh.
Mouthfeel is medium, very soft and smooth with good carbonation.
Overall, another great IPA from Lervig. Big and powerful, but never unbalanced. Great stuff.

It pours hazy golden-orange color with small sized off-white head. Foam is short-lasting for its style, but lacing is moderate. Amazing smell! Powerful and persistent aromatics of mango, pineapple and grass are on the nose. Aroma dominates the taste with tons of mango. Highly tropical fruity, softly bitter taste is well rounded. Biscuit and honey are in background. Quite hoppy finish. Well hidden abv. Carbonation is low. Medium bodied. Very impressive brew!
