330 ml can, Cardinal Pub, Stavanger. ABV is 3.5%. Moderately hazy peachy colour, small white head. Distinct aroma of vanilla, rhubarb in the background, hints of pie / crumble. The flavour has loads of lactic acid with a hint of salt, also distinct notes of rhubarb, vanilla and crumble. Hardly any bitterness.

look: one finger white head with very good retention, beer is an odd murky colour, maybe like a mix of light brown and orange, super dense haze, no visible carbonation.
smell: vanilla ice cream and tart rhubarb are the aromas that totally stand out, really smells good, salted caramel, whipped cream, haribo milk bottles, quite sweet, smells real good.
taste: oh yeah, that’s fantastic, the balance of all the flavours is phenomenal, all the funky wild flavours come through first, then it’s a rush of sweet and sour rhubarb which is delightful, then all those vanilla ice cream and whipped cream flavours come through, like having a rhubarb crumble with ice cream on the side, the sourness is just right, vanilla and rhubarb linger on the finish, amazing beer.
feel: medium bodied, highly carbonated, light puckering sourness, so smooth, so drinkable, yet still packed with flavour.
overall: heck of a beer, could drink many of these, and at only 3.9%, it’s very reasonable to do so, such a cool beer.
