Copenhagen 6/10 2021. 50 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Drawing of what looks like an green Alien with sunglasses falling apart but held together by golden electric lighting.
Pours unclear - almost hazy golden yellow with a small bubbly white head. Bubbly. Settles as thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, fermented odor of tropical fruit mingling with a more subtle citric odor and a yeasty touch. Peach, apricot and papaya. Sharp scent of citrus. A touch of sour cheese.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, oily, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sourish nd bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Well balanced while it leaves my mouth dry and bitter. Good one.
