Copenhagen 7/9 2024- 75 cl waxed bottle from Meny, Nordens Plads, Frb. F. Black label with the name of the beer written almost indistinguishably.
Pours opaque dark brown with a small off-white head. Bubbly. Disappears after a few seconds leaving no traces of foam. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet, sugary odor mingling with sweet alcohol. Brown sugar and molasses. Honey and syrup. Sweet Bourbon. Potent and sweet.
Light carbonation. Thick, oily, sticky, soft, a bit viscous and almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a heavy sweetness followed by a moderately strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sugary with a strong presence of Bourbon. Lingering. Finish is boozy and a bit sticky.
A very sweet and potent powerhouse.

Shared bottle at Bryne tasting. Nearly black colour, no head. Aroma of molasses, alcohol and fusel. Very sweet and alcoholic flavour, molasses again. There are better beers in Lervig's Rackhouse series.
