Copenhagen 28/6 2024.v37,5 cl waxed and capped bottle from Meny, Nordens Plads, Fra. F. Blueish, grey label with the name of the beer in gold letters.
Pours opaque, dark brown with almost no head. The sparse foam disappears after a few seconds. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sugary sweet odor of coconut and milk chocolate mingling with a potent scent of dark alcohol. A bit dessert like. Sweet bourbon and lactose.
Light carbonation. Thick, oily, creamy, bit sticky, viscous, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a heavy sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a bitter undertone. Lingering. Finish is warming with a boozy burn.
Another sweet banger from the Rackhouse.

A blue glittered waxed 375ml bottle, with a best before date of 4th November 2027. Poured into a snifter glass.
Appearance: Black in colour with a very thin beige head that disappeared almost immediately while leaving only sparse to no lacing.
Aroma: Light roasted malts, caramel, chocolate, vanilla, coconut, and light boozy notes.
Taste: Sweet, caramel, chocolate, vanilla, coconut, molasses, brown sugar, and a touch of bourbon.
Mouthfeel: Creamy, smooth, full bodied with soft carbonation.
Overall: Definitely a sipper because of it’s richness and sweetness. The aroma and flavours were enjoyable but only in small amounts as it was on the verge of being overly sweet.

375 ml blue waxed bottle, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 14.3%. Pitch black colour, small and shortlived brown head. Aroma of alcohol, fusel, roast malts, molasses, coconut and cocoa. Extremely sweet and boozy flavour with insane amounts of coconut and chocolate, also vanilla and bourbon. Sorry, but this is just ridiculous.
