The clean, dry and vinous characteristics of Ambience gives way to soft tannins and notes of raspberry, plum, spice, and coconut imparted by the naked flavours of the mixed-fermentation married with American oak Zinfandel barrels for 24 months.

Copenhagen 16/8 2024. 75 cl bottle from Meny, Nordens Plads, Frb. F. Simple yellow label with the name of the beer in brown letters. Minuscule Lemvig logo.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Bubbly Settles as thin patch of foam in the middle of the glass unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of sweet fruit mingling with tart berries and a touch of funk. Green grapes, sour gooseberries and a whiff of sour cheese. Touch of vinegar. Sour but not without balance.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a quite strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is tart. A tad watery, Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Nice without going to extremes.
