Appearance: Clear, light brown body with a full, foamy, white head.
Smell: Aroma of brown malts, honey, and buttery diacetyl. Sometimes the diacetyl works for me, sometimes it doesn't, this time I'm digging it.
Taste: Butter-basted brown malts and honey with a slight sweetness. Mild spicy bitterness helps provide balance. Honey-butter finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Good stuff! I regret not getting to spend more time at Chapel Hill's Top of the Hill Brewery.
