The Southend Blonde arrived on the table a crystal clear pale straw golden color with a low but persistent head.
The aroma was slightly crisp with slight hop and malt aromas present.
The flavor was lightly malty and in check with the bitterness.
The finish contained a nice bitterness that with the dry character lasted well into the aftertaste. The body was medium light.
A nicely crafted beer!
