Sampled 10/10/2010 at the brewpub.
Pours hazy yellow, white head, low lacing and retention. Lots of bubbles coming out of solution.
Aroma is coriander, lemon, bubble gum, and a bit of sour wheat.
Flavor is the same as the aroma but with the additions of banana, and sweetness. The biggest difference is how mild the flavor is.
Body is light/medium. Drinkable if you just want something to sip while at the bar.

20 oz tap pour into a Nonic at the Grafton Milwaukee Ale House. 5.6%
A - The tap pour is a hazy yellow with a small white head. Decent retention but I had to ditch the orange wedge they put on the glass.
S - The tap pour is too cold for a good aroma but I'm getting an unmalted wheat with a little orange peel and a sprinkle of coriander on the nose.
T - Good wit flavor of coriander, orange peel, and well balanced wheat and pale malts for support.
M - A crisp, refreshing, and smooth beer with a medium-low body.
D - A good wit that's just a bit fruity but still well balanced and definitely drinkable.
